Not Enough of Grief

Following the recent Tsunami disaster in Japan, many countries have offered to help during the recovery period.
Now, there are issues of nuclear reactions where people are now being quarantined and worries all over the world of any possibilities of radioactivity.

Previously, we were all being awakened by NZ's quake disaster where the death toll was already actually quite high and that was still a recent incident. People haven't actually overcome their grief and now its Japan.

I'm writing this for all of the people in Japan.

This before-and-after graphics of the areas affected caught my eye which i find it cool!

Relieved. The only word to express my feelings.
Can't believe myself either.

Finished my first ever 10k!!! The best feeling ever when I crossed the finishing line.
Had the crave for everything sugary in the world.
-Sweet tofu
-McD's chocolate ice cream sundae

Boy oh boy. Lucky I got my 2XU on. Not much of a sore after.

Thumbs up for Sanctum!

It comes in real good 3D quality. You can tell that James Cameron made it.

The movie is about an underwater cave diving team experiencing a life-threatening crisis during an expedition to the unexplored and least accessible cave system in the world.
In this case is the Esa'ala Cave in Papua New Guinea.
The view was simply amazing! Watch it to actually 'see' it.

After watching it, you might come up with this:
Post-Sanctum syndrome: "Cave-diving anyone?"
