Tomorrow
Click!
Adding to that, its always controversial in celebrity deaths. That did not surprise me.
Not at all.
Oh btw, tomorrow will be one big day. I am actually a little confused on whether should I be excited or not.I've actually tweeted this part (to those who follow me) - Its just that I'm confused on whether should I be excited as I'm oficially done with studies and done with school or not being excited (I cant think of an appropriate word) because I am leaving this place. The place which taught me so much things - standing on your own foot, being independent, being away from the family, perceptions, mentalities, etc. This place also has given me the chance to discover a small part of this wonderful world - an amazing creation of God.
I am gna miss this place.

Of Being Occupied
I've been super 'busy'.
My time has been occupied with things that showed me the beauty and wonders of God's creation.
Ohh btw, tonight marks the year 1431 in the Hijri Calendar.
Just the night before, I was surrounded by devils!

Of Being a Pro-Plant
Both the words 'vegetarian' and 'vegan' caught my attention. Well, im sure you'd know what it means literally but somehow i decided to take a closer look. So i Wikied it.
Vegetarianism is the practice of following a diet based on plant-based foods including fruits, vegetables, cereal grains, nuts, and seeds, with or without dairy products and eggs. A vegetarian does not eat meat, game, poultry, fish, crustacea, shellfish, or products of animal slaughter such as animal-derived gelatin and rennet. A vegan diet is a form of vegetarian diet which excludes all animal products, including dairy products, eggs, and honey. A lacto-vegetarian diet includes dairy products but excludes eggs, an ovo-vegetarian diet includes eggs but not dairy products, and a lacto-ovo vegetarian diet includes both eggs and dairy products. Vegetarianism may be adopted for ethical, health, environmental, religious, political, cultural, aesthetic, economic, or other reasons.
Vegetarian diets should not be confused with various non-vegetarian diets; "semi-vegetarian" diets may consist largely of vegetarian foods, with the addition of poultry or fish (pescetarian). The common use confusion between such diets and vegetarianism has led vegetarian groups, such as the Vegetarian Society, to note that such fish-, or poultry-based diets are not vegetarian.
Veganism is a diet and lifestyle that seeks to exclude the use of animals for food, clothing, or any other purpose. Vegans endeavor not to use or consume animal products of any kind. The most common reasons for becoming a vegan are ethical commitment or moral conviction concerning animal rights or welfare, the environment, human health, and spiritual or religious concerns. Of particular concern to many vegans are the practices involved in factory farming and animal testing, and the intensive use of land and other resources for animal farming.
The word vegan was coined in 1944 by Donald Watson, who combined the first three and last two letters of vegetarian to form "vegan," which he saw as "the beginning and end of vegetarian."
The Vegan Society defines veganism in this way:
The word "veganism" denotes a philosophy and way of living which seeks to exclude — as far as is possible and practical — all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing or any other purpose; and by extension, promotes the development and use of animal-free alternatives for the benefit of humans, animals and the environment. In dietary terms it denotes the practice of dispensing with all products derived wholly or partly from animals.
So now I guess we could figure out why or on what reason someone could possibly be a vegan or a vegetarian. Hmmm...
GC to Adl
Did some touring over Adelaide. Not all over, but not bad for a two-day trip. We covered it quite well :)
One of them was to Henley Beach. Felt like forever that I haven't been to that place. Reminds me of my very first 'house' (not literally) when I first step foot in Adelaide.

You could say that i had been 'super' busy due to some unforeseen circumstances and had been sleeping quite early these few days due to that reason.
But yes, am now trying to squeeze in a bit to make some time for this.
Its now spring but feels like summer.
Which make me feel like going home.

When Thoughness and Endurance is in Much Need
A decision which involves big bucks. A decision which requires strength. A decision which requires endurance. A decision which requires close contact to the ground, grass, trees, tyres and sandbags and whatnot that's just about nature. A decision that I would never have dreamt of doing.
Blame it on 'them'!!
Muchos gracias.

A Good One
Diamonds are hard to find but not hard to break.
What is the hardest thing to break then?
The answer is: HABIT
If you break the H, you still have A BIT. If you break the A, you still have BIT. If you break the B, you still have IT!!! Hey, after you break the T in IT, there is still the 'I'. The person at the end of the day, is the root of all the problems.
Cute???
Now, I know why HABIT is so hard to break. Its destiny is in its name.
The word itself.
My lecturer taught me never, never, never to ASSUME .
Because it makes an 'ASS' out of 'U' and 'ME'....

Raya
Ohh on the other hand, im sick of reading articles of children/ppl's injuries due to the so-called mercun. These type of articles succeed to make the headlines of the dailies - each and every year without fail.
Don't they get sick? Where are their parents???!!!Don't they even know their children whereabouts or are they just being ignorant?
Its such a waste at a very young age to have to lose a finger/arm/leg(s) or whichever part of the body it is. Or worse still, get burnt.
They are still school kids! Such a long way for them to go tru in life.
Just yet.

Thursday
Went to Marden SC, met Len (of course, he's the teacher), he reminded me of the media shoot on Monday, met the usual people in class - Xavier, Dominic, Aysha, Chris, Bruno, Bellington, and 2 others of whom i do not know their names. Did some electromagnetic tutorial. Added name to the presentation nights' list, took the o-bahn;
came to uni, continued my bird report, did some corrections on the calculations, met the comrades at Swinging Bowl, had dinner cum buka puasa, too full, separated from the comrades, walked back to uni, continuing my bird report. Blank. Don't know where to continue. Blog updated.

Touched
I was touched...
One old man was sitting with his 25 years old son in the train. Train is about to leave the station. All passengers are settlingdown their seat. As train started young man was filled with lot of joy and curiosity. He was sitting on the window side. He went out one hand and feeling the passing air. He shouted, "Papa see all trees are going behind". Old man smile and admired son feelings. Beside the young man one couple was sitting and listing all the conversion between father and son. They were little awkward the attitude of 25 years old man behaving like a small child.
Suddenly young man again shouted, "Papa see the pond and animals. Clouds are moving with train". Couple was watching the young man in embarrassingly. Now its start raining and some of water drops touches the young man's hand. He filled with joy and he closed the eyes. He shouted again," Papa it's raining, water is touching me, see papa". Couple couldn't help themselves and ask to old man. Why don't you visit the Doctor and get treated your son. Old man said," *Yes, We were from the hospital. Today my only son got the eyes first time in life".

Changes
How my bros have grown...
And how my studies is almost complete and that im still contemplating on what/how would I go about upon graduation.
Life is full of uncertainties. I don't wna bore you with the norm words, but i think they somehow have some truthfulness hidden behind it.
I've kind of get used to be able to make decisions on my own, despite that you will still need others to be there to coach and guide you to what is considered to be the best.
Wish me luck on that.

Nation's Lost of a Film Hero
Malaysia has lost a self-provoking talented director cum eye opener of Malaysians in the film and advertising industry. Im sure her death is wept by all Malaysians no matter their ethnic, race and culture. We feel for her loss, for all what she has done and changed.
I may not know her personally. But her movies and commercials have touched my heart. No other person could ever imitate of whatever she has done and contributed.
She shall be missed.

Heal The World
And I Know That It Is Love
And This Place CouldBe Much Brighter Than Tomorrow
And If You Really Try
You'll Find There's No Need To Cry
In This Place You'll Feel There's No Hurt Or Sorrow
There Are Ways To Get There
If You Care Enough For The Living
Make A Little Space Make A Better Place...
Heal The World
Make It A Better Place
For You And For Me
And The Entire Human Race
There Are People Dying
If You Care Enough For The Living
Make A Better Place
For You And For Me
If You Want To Know Why There's A Love
ThatCannot Lie
Love Is StrongIt Only Cares For Joyful Giving
If We Try We Shall See In This Bliss We Cannot Feel
Fear Or Dread
We Stop Existing And Start Living
Then It Feels That Always
Love's Enough For Us Growing
So Make A Better World
Make A Better World...
Heal The World
Make It A Better Place
For You And For Me
And The Entire Human Race
There Are People Dying
If You Care Enough For The Living
Make A Better Place For You And For Me
And The Dream We Were Conceived In Will Reveal A Joyful Face
And The World WeOnce Believed In Will Shine Again In Grace
Then Why Do We Keep Strangling LifeWound This EarthCrucify Its Soul
Though It's Plain To SeeThis World Is Heavenly
Be God's Glow
We Could Fly So High
Let Our Spirits Never Die
In My Heart I Feel You Are All My Brothers
Create A World With No Fear
Together We'll Cry Happy Tears
See The Nations Turn Their SwordsInto Plowshares
We Could Really Get There
If You Cared Enough For The Living
Make A Little Space
To Make A Better Place...
Heal The World
Make It A Better Place
For You And For Me And The Entire Human Race
There Are People Dying
If You Care EnoughFor The Living
Make A Better Place For You And For Me
There Are People Dying If You Care Enough For The Living
Make A Better Place
For You And For Me

You're staying in a foreign country.Don't you learn anything?Plsssssss...!!
What is actually bothering you? Everytime you publish something, its definitely gonna have your swearing and cursing words. People are trying to give some advice here..and is that how you response??
At least don't even bother to say anything if there's so much hatred in you.
You're talking as if you're so well off and that others are wrong.
At least give some beneficial criticism if you're that unsatisfied, or better of, be quiet still.
Not swearing!

Of a Shopping Spree Day
Never in my life that I had gone to most of the K-Marts here in SA (except for the unreachable ones)
Well, we started early at about 8.30am. We were supposed to go and look for 'Corelles' ordered by a friend who is already back in KL. And so we went...
But by the look of it, there were other things on sale and we moved to another K-Mart after finishing up what is on the rack.
I had a class in the afternoon and so I though 'my' shopping will end just that time.
After class, called my other friends to ask where they were. And so it happened that they were at another K-Mart which is nearby to the campus on where I had my class. Ahh..without hesitation, I joined them later after that but to our dissapointment, the items that we wanted was already sold out.
So we went to another K-Mart outlet and again there was nothing much and repeatedly, went to another outlet. And there, there were some of them on the shelves. So we swiped clean all of it.
Only felt tired once everything was done. Hunger was put aside during shopping.
Had pizza for dinner (which was really really good).
Haha..so much of a shopping day huh? ;)

Aberta and an Ad
Two handsome blond children, a boy and a girl, dressed in warm knit sweaters, run along a rugged northern beachfront.
Across the picture, the province's proud new slogan: Alberta. Freedom to create. Spirit to achieve.
It's a picture that perfectly captures the wide open spaces and wild skies of Alberta. No wonder the folks who designed Alberta's new $25-million "re-branding" initiative were keen to use it as a signature image in their campaign roll-out.
There's just one problem.
The picture was shot near the village of Bamburgh in Northumberland, 70 kilometres north of Newcastle-on-Tyne. In England, it's a famous beach, near Bamburgh Castle, known as the legendary home of Sir Lancelot.
For the rest of the story, click!
(It's really worth a read)

Mugendai
Infinite
Friendship, truth, dreams, hopes,
Happiness, smiles, courage, journeys
Joy and sorrow, we shared everything
on this road we've walked together;
our meeting was not just coincidence
All the things we've felt during these days we've lived,
our overflowing feelings are infinite!!
I'm so happy we met, for some reason my tears spill over
The energy in my heart is infinite, my dear friends
So many seasons pass and we know so much pain
When we stumbled and fell, we knew our limitless weakness
The world we dreamed of is never as easy as we thought
But the days we raised our fists in the air
Will become our treasure
Our hearts are exactly the same and we shared so many memories
Our overflowing dreams are infinite, my dear friends
Those clear, innocent days when we laughed together over silly stories
What this town gave us is a bridge of hopes the money can't buy
We watched so many nightsand knew so much loneliness
When our tears overflowed in sorrow, we knew limitless kindness
The world we pined for always felt so far away
But the days we ran through with our hearts connected
Are something irreplaceable
I'm so happy to be alive, for some reason my heart heats up
Our overflowing feelings are infinite, my eternal friends
Thank you for the kindness, thank you for the pain
Thank you for everything, I know I won't forget
I'm so happy we met, for some reason my tears spill over
Even if someday we're far, far apart, our tried and true bond won't break
The energy in my heart is infinite, my dear friends
My dear friends...Thank you

Sincerity
It means that you can't be there because you have set your priorities.
Why must there usually be a misconception on this ruling? Then you will get people talking back about your wrongdoings and forgetting what good you have done in just a split second.
Don't bother.
Whatever it takes, do it as long as it comes from your heart.

Brakefast Breakfast
Tomorrow I'll be volunteering for the 'Brakefast Breakfast' Event at Mawson Lakes.
Its a joint-collab by the uni, State Govt of SA, the Tech Park, city council and the Mawson Lakes community itself. It is actually to encourage people to use public transport - leaving their car at home; to help the environment by reducing carbon emissions. There will be free breakfast too!
If you happen to be in Mawson Lakes tomorrow, pleaaaaase drop by!
You'll see me in a green t-shirt. (just like the other volunteers). heh..heh...

Whoever's important does not really matter to me.

Being Passionate
You might not understand, but I'm writing this to express myself on how Im feeling right now.
You'll go head over heels to achieve or stive and actually succeed to get that something that you wanted soooo much - even when you couldn't achieve it 100% cos it takes a looooong time.
Being passionate and enthusiastic about something gives to an automatic motivation to you to really have to do whatever it takes and putting all you effort into it (eventhough you have other more important commitments to be done).
You'll be merely satisfied discovering that you have actually taken a step to draw yourself closer.
Slowly, bit by bit.
I'm trying.

Cycling and Sustainability
My lecture today was about sustainable transport. Well, yeah we have to deal about sustainability everyweek cos the course is all about 'Sustainability'.
The guest lecture today was someone from the uni unit (which im not sure which dept) and she's keen on sustainability in transportation. She's an American, living in Adelaide.
The topic was interesting thou. I was triggered. The comparisons made during the lecture was transportation in European countries and America and of course, Australia.
She also mentioned about Curitiba, Brazil, which can be considered having the most sustainable tranportation system in the world - even the trains are all designed with consideration of human ergonomics. I was impressed.
That adds on my must-go places list for now.
What they are saying is that, the locals are not making full use of the public transport system here, and Australia is among one of the countries with the least number of people who cycle or walk. Denmark and The Netherlands have the highest rate of those who cycle and walk.
Bus frequency and high cost of public transportation were among the debatable issues raised. Worse still, temperature was also one of the factor - despite of having specially designed bicycle lanes and segregated pedestrian walkways.
*Sigh
So it occured to me. There weren't any comparisons made amongst the Asian countries. I'm taking Malaysia for example. We ain't have segregated bicycle lanes. We actually have none to be precise~! (except for those used internally i.e. universities). Pedestrian walkways are built too near the main road. Unsafe because of the high volume of vehicles and more prone to snatch theft (which is a BIG issue here). So I don't think we could actually inculcate cycling amongst the people here in Msia. Also another factor is the weather which makes it more difficult. How should we cycle/walk if it rains everyday? Also the urban sprawl in KL is highly scattered and some suburbs are located way to far from the city.
Achieving sustainability is one thing. Having to take a step towards it is another.

Me Being Observant
He's a foreigner and I realised him doing so much eye contacts only to the locals.
Or should I say...those with a Caucasian look.
(In case you're wondering, there's only like a handful of them doing this course, so it was obvious. I was being very very observant on wherever direction he was looking at)
Come to think about it, it was funny. Really.
;D

More: Pamukkale
Waters in the terraces are the sediments of the springs with calcium bicarbonate in 33C. Waters, containing mainly calcium salts and carbon-dioxide, run off the plateau's by depositing calcium while carbon-dioxide disappearing. The marvelous landscape of Pamukkale has been created by this gradual formation, leaving a cotton-like image. Located above the theatre of Hierapolis, the mineral water sources from the thermal springs of Cal Mountain. It is collected in a pool, known as the "Sacred Pool" of ancient times, where you can swim amidst the historical remains of Hierapolis. The Sacred Pool is now located inside Pamukkale Hotel.
The water of Pamukkale is famous for its benefits to the eyes and skin; and its curing properties to the ills of asthma, rheumatism, as well. The remains of the ancient Hierapolis are situated on back of the thrilling white terraces, standing wondrously in the area.
